FREE DELIVERY ACROSS INDIA

Shipping is free on every order. There are no hidden charges added at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

DISPATCH TIME

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

DELIVERY TIME

We ship through Shiprocket's partner courier network.

Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune: 1-3 working days
- Rest of Maharashtra: 2-4 working days
- Metro cities across India: 3-5 working days
- Rest of India: 4-7 working days
- Remote and North-East locations: 7-10 working days

These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, or local conditions outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, we send you a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp, and email. You can track your parcel in real time from that link.

PAYMENT

We currently accept prepaid orders only - UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets. All payments are processed through Razorpay on a secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or the phone number was unreachable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery may be chargeable.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us and we will resolve it. Please record a short unboxing video - it makes any claim instant and hassle-free.
