7-DAY REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

 

We want you to receive exactly what you ordered, in perfect condition. If something is wrong, we will fix it.

 

You are eligible for a free replacement if, within 7 days of delivery, your item is:

  • Damaged or broken in transit
  • - The wrong model or wrong product
  • - Defective or does not work as described
  • - Missing items from the package

HOW TO CLAIM

 

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp or email.
  2. 2. Send a photo or short video of the item and the outer packaging.
  3. 3. Once verified, we ship a free replacement within 24 hours. You pay nothing.

IMPORTANT: Please record a short unboxing video when you open the parcel. It makes damage claims instant and hassle-free.

 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

 

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind, or ordering the wrong model by mistake
  • - Items damaged after delivery through use, drops, or incorrect installation
  • - Items where the tempered glass has already been applied to the phone (unless it arrived defective)
  • - Requests made more than 7 days after delivery

REFUNDS

 

If a replacement is not available (for example, your model is out of stock), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 2 business days of approval and typically reflect in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

You may cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.
